I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. This is the first time I've encountered an issue like this with one of my handmade shell phone cases. Every phone case is thoroughly inspected, photographed, and documented before shipping to ensure it leaves my shop in excellent condition. These cases also include detailed care instructions explaining that abrasive cleaning or improper handling can damage the decorative elements. The condition shown in the photos was not consistent with how the case was shipped and showed hard scuffs and scratches on multiple charms that were not present in my pre-shipment photos and videos. For that reason, I was unable to determine that this was a product defect. I responded promptly, explained the care instructions, and encouraged the buyer to open an Etsy case.
