5 out of 5 starsThese boots are awesome. They fit perfect (I'm a size 8 and ordered a 38), they look great and feel great. The leather and sole are great quality and these boots would cost at least $300 at a department store (here in the U.S.). Just for reference they remind me of some of the n.d.c. handmade styles that retail for 2-3 times more. If you have come across these boots and have been looking for this style of boot, get them! They are high quality, made in Italy (not China), fashionable and "in," yet one of a kind. The seller was extremely helpful and sent me pictures of the boots with jeans. I was hesitant because I couldn't try them on before buying, but if, like me, you looked at the pictures over and over and wondered whether or not to buy them, rest assured you will love them.

5 out of 5 starsLove, love, love! Excellent boots and so very, very comfortable. Sizing was perfect based on recommendations from shop owner since I'm between sizes. Was worried I might have trouble getting them on since there's no zipper and I have high archers, but no problem what so ever. Love the boots and they came super prompt from Italy to the USA. Very, very happy. Well made, too!

** If a payment is not received within 3 days after the purchase, i will cancel the order and relist the item.

Shipping
** Orders are shipped from Italy : Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm **
Most orders will be dispatched within working days as written on the item details, and we will contact you if there is a delay.
** Express Delivery **
If you’d like to receive your order urgently, we highly recommend sending it by EXPRESS delivery for 2-3 days (delivery cost to be quoted upon location). Please do not hesitate to contact us in advance to make you a reserved listing (for item cost and expedited shipping cost). We will treat your priority order with great cares
** Extra Fees **
Please note that any duty and taxes ocurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Any shipping charges of returns or resends are the responsibility of the customers. Also we do not responsible for any additional delivery or trafic cost for picking up the package at post office or custom.
We appreciate your understanding and patience to any possibility of delay on delivery
** Lost or Damaged / Returning Items **
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any lost item or damaged item that caused by delivery. We try to avoid it by shipping your item with Registration Service in order to keep tracking the status.
If the package is not successfully delivered to the clients due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the clients expense including any custom fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement or be charged if there is any remaining amount due after reimbursement.
