How long will it take to receive my item?
Processing time:
Processing is 1-3 business days, except for listings that are tagged for extended processing. Please message me if you need an order urgently.
Estimated shipping times:
Standard shipping is USPS First Class which comes with a tracking number.
-North America: 3-5 business days
-Canada: 10-20 business days
Shipping upgrades for faster shipping are available.
I process orders quickly and can get them to the post office within the processing timeframe. However, I have no control over USPS service after Items have been scanned in.
Customs and import taxes

Refunds on items that qualify for free shipping
For returned items that qualified for free shipping, the return shipping costs are at your expense. The amount refunded will be price paid for items LESS the cost of the original shipping paid by us.
Returns on Outfits
I do not accept returns on holiday outfits (for example Thanksgiving, Christmas etc.) that do not arrive on time.
I also do not accept returns on other outfits that do not arrive on time due to postal delays. My turn around is very quick and it is always recommended to upgrade to Priority shipping or Priority Express to ensure the outfit arrives on time, especially when ordering with little time before the holiday or event.
