3D printed items can be created from different materials:

- Plastic (PLA), what I use most often, is a non-toxic plastic, created from corn, wood or other recycled materials. It's very solid, and it doesn't degrade over time.

- Resin (SLA), a hard resin that is used for wands, objects with very fine details (such as figurines of human figures), jewelry.

- PETG, more resistant than PLA, I mainly use it for mechanical parts, or other objects that will be used daily.

I pack the items with bubble wrap, foam, newspaper and air cushions, I always make sure everything is well protected. For the boxes, I use either new boxes or collected boxes but anyway they are still very strong.

For very fragile items I also add a “Fragile” strip on the cardboard

As some of my items are very fragile, and quite complex to pack, I do not offer gift wrapping

If the package has had a problem on the way, it will be returned to me shortly and upon receipt I will contact you to arrange a new shipment or a refund according to your preferences. Returns from the post office are unfortunately random and can take between 2 and 8 weeks, all countries combined. Without returning the order, I will not be able to proceed to a new shipment or refund under any circumstances. Although the chances of loss are almost zero, in the event of loss of the package by post I cannot be held responsible.

If the item matches the description and photos in the listing but you're not happy with it, unfortunately I can't give you a refund.

If the item you receive does not match the photos and / or description of the item, contact me within 2 weeks of delivery and depending on your preference, I will send you a new one or give you a refund.
