US orders are all shipped USPS First Class mail with a tracking number.
All US orders have an estimated delivery (from USPS) of 3-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays). This time frame starts once your package is in the hands of USPS. Please note this is only an estimated time. USPS has been known to take longer than the estimated time to deliver packages.
International orders can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks or longer to be delivered. Please note, some International orders can take several months to be delivered. Buyer is responsible for any or all custom charges.
Orders are processed, packaged and shipped (dropped off at UPSP) within 1-5 business days (Monday - Friday, not including holidays).

All of my stickers are already made before they are listed. All stickers are sold exactly as they are listed. NO changes can be made after you purchased it! If you want to make a change that would be a custom order. Message me on Etsy for custom orders. I will then make a custom listing for you. Custom orders are NOT eligible to be used in conjunction with any sale, offer or code. If a code is used on a custom order, your order will be canceled.

You can definitely request an item to be made & added to my shop. I'm always open for idea's. If it is something that I feel would be a good match for the shop & others would like I'd be more than happy to make it & list it. If not you can always ask for it to be a custom listing just for you.

You can not combine offers per Etsy rules. You are only allowed to use one offer, sale, coupon or code at a time. Once sale is over the offer has ended. Watch for sales, coupons or codes on our IG or Facebook page and/or offers from Etsy. Sales, coupons, codes or offers are only available at the time of purchase. Sales, coupons, codes or offers can NOT be used after the order has been placed. With Custom orders NO code, sale or offer is allowed. If you place a custom order and use a code your order will be canceled.

Every order is shipped to the address provided when placing you order. Daily Dose of Stickers can not make address changes once the order is placed. We are not responsible if the address you put in is incorrect. If your order is returned to Daily Dose of Stickers and reshipping is necessary Daily Dose of Stickers is not responsible for additional cost to reship your order nor will a refund be made to you. Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

First sign up for text & email alerts from USPS. Contact your local USPS to have them look into. Lost packages are dealt with on a case by case bases. NO package will be considered lost while there is any form of movement from USPS tracking. NO US shipped packages will be even considered lost until it has been past 30 days and there has been NO scanning or movement in the tracking. Lost packages will ONLY be replaced. NO refunds will be given on lost packages regardless of time sensitive items. It is VERY common to not see movement in packages or daily updating to your tracking for several days at any time but especially during peak seasons, holiday seasons or even during bad weather you may see no movement for 10 or more days.

Due to Etsy policy you can only use one coupon code per order.

Daily Dose of Stickers reserves the right to make any minor changes needed to sticker sheets due to production problems.

I do NOT accept cancellations for any orders or returns, exchanges or refunds for any of the items sold at Daily Dose of Stickers. By clicking purchase on your order you are accepting these terms.

A lot of times USPS will mark an order as delivered before actually delivering it. When this happens it usually shows up the next day or two. But at this point you should contact your local USPS and let them know what happened. USPS will be able to let you know where it was delivered to. Sometimes it is just scanned and marked delivered a day early or sometimes it was delivered to the wrong address. Daily Dose of Stickers will not refund or replace any order that is marked delivered by USPS.

Orders can only be combined under the following circumstances. First, you need to message me here on Etsy and ask me if it's possible to have your orders combined. Once I process your order and purchase shipping for it, which is done very quickly here at Daily Dose of Stickers, your order is NO longer eligible to be combined. Also, combining can NOT be done if the order or orders are extremely large in size or large in value. You can NOT combine no more than three orders into one. All orders that you want combined have to be placed on the same day. During sales, orders can NOT be combined. Daily Dose of Stickers reverses the right to determine whether or not orders can be combined.
