5 out of 5 starsI ordered this dress with just a few weeks remaining before I travelled overseas. Customer service were extremely responsive despite the time difference with the UK and kept their word to deliver the dress on time before I was due to travel. The dress itself was beyond beautiful, giving ballgown vibes and received compliments from literally everyone. I only needed to adjust mildly and have the bow stitched. It matched the description exactly and looks even more beautiful irl. I highly recommend.

The dress you received is made in the red shade selected for the order, but I completely understand that colors can look different in person compared to images. According to the tracking information, your order was delivered on August 26, which was the expected delivery date shown on Etsy. The package had been temporarily held by the courier due to an issue with the delivery address, and we contacted the courier to request redelivery. We’re glad the order was ultimately delivered to you, and we always do our best to assist our customers throughout the delivery process.

3 out of 5 starsThe dress came folded up and stuffed in a small, soft plastic package. I would have expected a box, since it is a wedding dress. The bodice was bent as a result. There are also parts that aren't finished well, with threads sticking out. It is not as nice as in the photos. Also, the store says that the dress ships from California but it actually ships from China.

During international shipping, structured bodices may temporarily lose shape due to compression but return to form with proper steaming and hanging. For any finishing concerns, we always encourage customers to contact us so we can assist and resolve issues quickly.
