Care instructions for knit gloves
The hand knit fingerless gloves are made with specialty yarns. For this reason, they should be hand washed then lay flat to dry. Exceptions will be noted in product descriptions.
When will my item ship?
Items with 1-day business shipping means the item will be taken to the post office on the next business day.
The shipping times on all items have been extended out of an abundance of caution. The shipping times should be look at as a 'worst-case' scenario. Always message me with shipping concerns. For all items, if you order before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (T, W and Th), your item may ship out on the same day you place the order.
International Shipping Carrier, ETA and fees
International orders will be shipped with USPS. The default shipping method is USPS First Class Mail International which has been taking about 3 weeks (except Canada which takes about 1 week). There is an upgrade option available for an additional fee to USPS priority Mail International. Don't hesitate to ask shipping questions prior to placing an order. If you are overcharged, especially when ordering multiple items, I will issue you a refund based on the actual costs at the time the label is printed.
