Giving 3’s on the first two points solely because I never received the item due to it somehow getting lost or being delivered to the wrong address so I didn’t get to actually see/hold the product. This was obviously out of the seller’s control and I don’t hold that against them! I imagine the quality is very good. This seller was as helpful as they needed to be when I contacted them about the missing item and I appreciate their open communication about it
