-All products are made to order, this means that all products are unique and only produced once ordered. Therefore we are unable to issue refunds for items purchased.

-Unfortunately, it is not possible to refund, cancellation or exchange for reasons such as wrong size, wrong product, wrong color selection. For this reason, please make sure you choose the right product.

-All images are digital mockups. So it is used to better reflect the design and item colors may be different from the screen. It is not accepted as a reason for the refund.

-If you are having a problem with the product you purchased due to printing and production, contact me immediately via Etsy messaging system as soon as you receive the product within 3 business days.

-Make sure that you enter the recipient address and recipient information completely and correctly so that you do not have any problems with the delivery of the products. Otherwise, the store will not be responsible for delays and problems caused by delivery.

-The delivery times you see when creating your order are estimated times. Sometimes the delivery will reach you in a much shorter time. The point to be considered here is the production time of your order. Depending on the type of product and quantity, this period may be extended.

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

We are currently unable to add a "gift note" to the products you receive as a gift from our store. It may be possible in the future.

If your orders "marked as a gift" will be sent to a different address than your current address, you must provide the name of the person living at that address. In cases where the recipient name and recipient address do not match, sometimes the products can be returned to our production center and we cannot ship the same product again. In this case, even if you bought the product with the "free shipping" option, the shipping fee will be charged from the amount you paid and the remaining amount will be transferred to your account.

The average production time for an order with multiple items may be extended. Although most of the time it is produced within 3-6 business days, sometimes this time can be extended and in this case we have the right to change the time by making "ship by date". Therefore, the delivery date will automatically be forword to a later date. You will be notified of this change as a message via Etsy.

In addition, sometimes when you order more than one product, the products can be delivered separately. This can be the case especially if what you order is in different categories. For example, if you ordered one coffee mug and one t-shirt, the delivery dates of these products will be different.

All payments for the products you buy from our shop are made through Etsy. If you are purchasing a product by paying a shipping fee, this payment will be charged to when creating your order.

So if the carrier tries to charge you a postage fee at the door, please DONT pay.

The payment transaction for postage fees should be done in the local post office and not with the deliveryman or any carriers. To further investigate the case, we would like to request a receipt from our customers that you paid any fee for the fraudulent postage fee. If you can't provide a reciept, we can't any action.

All responsibility belongs to the customer and this is completely under customer's control. DaisyDLDesign is not responsible for Fradulent Postage Fee.

Mock up images are usually created in L size. Therefore, the dimensions of the design may differ according to the size you ordered.

When creating my product designs, I take care to ensure that they are in high resolution and give a quality print result. Please note that there may be slight color and differences between the item you see here and the item you receive. These are usually not very big differences.

It is normal that there are differences in the prints made on heather and ash color. Because they absorb ink less than solid colors. In addition, the colors seen by digital screens such as computers, tablets and phones are different from the colors seen by the human eye.

*However, since we do not have the authority to control the processes of the shipping companies, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. The average production time for a product 2-5 business days. We usually try to complete production and ship within 48 hours. But after this point, the delivery time of the product to you varies depending on your location and the speed of the shipping companies.
*The production time of orders containing more than one product can sometimes be extended.
Orders placed after the specified dates are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas evening.

-I try to do my best on the design and realism of the products. I stay away from using a misleading image as much as possible. I am trying really hard to make sure that the product you see in my shop and the product you receive are exactly the same.

-However, sometimes there are minor differences. Product color and the print size may vary. Keep in mind that one of the reasons for this may be related to the color settings of the computer, tablet, or phone you are viewing the product with.

-Also, do not forget that not only the shirt or sweatshirt colors, but also all material colors change depending on the light.

Please follow the instructions below in order to use your purchased product for a longer period of time and to preserve its color and print quality.

MACHINE WASH: Cold (max 30C or 90F)
IRON, STEAM: Low Heat
TUMBLE DRY: Low heat
DRY: Low heat.
Don't dry clean.
Don’t use bleach.
Iron the product inside out.
Don't iron directly on letters.
Wash the product inside out.
Wash with similar colors.

❗If you prefer your product to be sent to you with the express shipping option, you must choose "express shipping" at the checkout. Otherwise, delivery will be made by standard shipping.
❗If you provide insufficient addresses or your address cannot be verified, in case of any problems caused by the customer, the express shipping fee is not refunded.
❗The express shipping option does not shorten the product's production time.
❗Express shipping is done with UPS and after the package has been shipped it is expected to be delivered within 3 business days.
