Frequently asked questions
I have not received my item, but the tracking information says it has been delivered.
If your tracking number says your item has been delivered but you have not physically received your item (it's not on your doorstep, mailbox, etc.) then you are responsible for contacting your local post office to find your package. DaisyDesignsCle can only assist with locating an item that is lost in transit.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
We technically don't do exchanges because of the nature of etsy. The only way to "exchange" an item is to return the item in it's original condition back to DaisyDesignsCle, and repurchase the item or size you wish to have instead. You must get tracking information for the item you are returning. Once the item has been physically received by DaisyDesignsCle and the item is in it's original condition, you will be refunded.
You are responsible for any shipping costs to return the item back to us and you will be refunded for what you paid for the item only. Unfortunately we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping.
How do I return my item?
If you wish to return the item(s) you purchased, they must be in their original condition and they cannot be personalized or custom items.

Once the items have been physically received by DaisyDesignsCle in their original condition and are not damaged, you will be refunded the cost of the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the shipping.
**Logo Sign Processing Time**
Current processing time for logo signs is 2-3 weeks. This means that your item(s) will ship no later than 3 weeks after your purchase. You will receive a tracking number once it ships.
