Shipping FAQ's
I'm sorry, but I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once I ship an item and the USPS or UPS accepts the package, I can not control what happens to said package. I am more than happy to help you in the recovery of a lost package to the best of my ability.
Insurance up to $50 is only covered when item is shipped Priority. Any additional insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and must be purchased before order is shipped (Please convo me)
I can not guarantee the arrival date of your order unless you purchase Express (overnight/1-2 day) Shipping. I will ship an item in adequate time to meet you desired arrival date, but I can not guarantee it's arrival due to USPS delays.
Wholesale availability
I'm sorry, but I do not offer wholesale at this time.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes! I am more than happy to include a personal note from you, if you would like your item shipped directly to the gift recipient. I will also gift wrap your item, free of charge, upon request (sorry, but I do not offer choices for wrapping paper beyond, boy, girl, or adult).
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the nature of my items (custom and/or personalized) I can not accept returns. However, if there is a problem with your order due to error on my part, I will try to fix it to the best of my ability.
I am always willing to work with you on creating a special order just for you. Please feel free to convo me and discuss the details.
Sizing details
I do not accept returns, so please order the correct size. I always suggest to order up a size to ensure the correct fit. If you have any questions about size, please contact me before purchasing so that I can help you order the correct size for your needs. I do want you to be happy with your custom items!
Restocking Fee
As stated above, I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to the personalized and custom nature of my products. However, some instances may require an exception to this rule - at that time I will charge a 20% re-stocking fee. Please make sure you READ the ENTIRE listing before purchasing (including turnaround times!). If no personalization details are left with your order, I cannot complete your order and will attempt to contact you for the information. If I do not receive a response within 14 working days, I will cancel your order and charge a 20% restocking fee.
Turnaround / Processing Time
All my items are custom made at the time of purchase (unless otherwise stated) so there is a slight turnaround time (usually 2weeks). What is a turnaround time you ask? It is the time I need to create your order just for you, but it does not include shipping time. It is just me answering emails, cutting, sewing, embroidering, packaging and shipping so as you can imagine, this does take time. So think of standing in a line to check out at a store, this is how your orders are processed, in the order they were received. You can pay an additional Rush fee to "cut in" that line if you wish. But please remember that your order will ship at the end of the processing time and then it will take additional time to arrive based on the shipping option.
Shipping Times & Options
Standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail and usually takes 2-5 days to deliver after an item is shipped (after the turnaround time).
USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days to arrive at it's destination after it is shipped (this is the standard option for towels due to their weight)
USPS Express Mail takes 1-2 days to arrive to it's destination after it is shipped. This is the only guaranteed delivery method.
Please note if you upgrade your shipping method to Priority Mail or Express Mail - the turnaround time stays the same (the time it takes me to make your order) however the time it takes to arrive after it is shipped is shortened. (NOT available for towels)
