Nail polish runs through my veins
I've always had a love for collecting all things nail polish. It started out as a stop by my favorite cosmetics shop at the mall every week to pick out a color or two. The weekly trips continued and I ended up finding a nail polish subscription I liked and grew my collection of polishes even more. I'd become obsessed with nail art on avenues such as Instagram and Pinterest and picked up a ton of art tools of my own. Many tools, stickers, stamps, and gems later, I decided I had to graduate to the next level. I had to make my very own nail polish.
I never thought I'd be interested in creating a business, but it was perfect. It was something I enjoy obsessing about and also gives me the chance to share this with fellow nail polish addicts. This hobby gave me an outlet to release my creativity and refresh my mind after my good ol' 9-5. In 2022, I was able to quit my day job and pursue nail polish full time.
Before I started my shop, I had to think long and hard about what name to use. Many were already taken by like minded individuals. I asked friends for suggestions and one always came up. Just call it Dam Nail Polish they said. After all, "Dam" is what everyone knows me as - it's my maiden name :)
I'm fortunate enough to have such a strong support from my fans that I am now able to work on Dam Nail Polish full time. Thank you for all your love! I appreciate you all! <3
