♥ Orders are done in the order received, they are all handmade and as this is a one person shop I try really hard to get your order out early. If you need your item sooner message me and I will try my best to work with you. It will depend on how many orders are in queue and other factors.

Weekends and Holidays are excluded in shipping times.

As each letter/design is hand stamped, one at a time spacing and lettering on hand stamped items will vary. This will only add to the charm of hand-stamped piece, adding flair and giving each piece its own individual sense of character-no two are exactly alike. I cannot accept returns because you don't feel the letters are stamped "straight enough" I am not a machine, and will never be able to stamp 2 pieces exactly alike.

♥ Care Instructions ♥

- It's best to avoid chemicals and/or alcohol-based products such as perfume, hairspray when wearing it. Put your jewelry on last after applying hair products and perfume.

♥ Cleaning Care ♥
- Clean gently with soft bristle toothbrush or soft cloth, hot water and dish soap to clean your pure aluminum jewelry, gemstone, and chain maille pieces.
- Never soak in water or use any harsh cleaners such as bleach or abrasives to clean your jewelry.

♥ Storing ♥
- Store handmade jewelry by wrapping each piece separately in tissue paper and keep it in a box after use. This will guarantee the piece lasts for years to come.

♥ Gently take your hand that doesn't have the cuff on and place it around the cuff while on. Squeeze gently, keeping your hole hand (thumb on one side and 4 fingers on other side) till it closes to where you want it. If you use gentle all over pressure and patience it should give some to close where you need it.

Due to the nature of jewelry and small parts could be a choking hazard. I do not recommend the jewelry for under 7 years old.
If you choose to purchase for your under 7 years old, note you are responsible for watching and maintaining your child’s safety from choking hazards.

All handstamped and engraving items can be personalized to fit your needs. Have a great design you want or an idea "Request a Custom Order" and let us create your design on jewelry, tie clips, money clips, keychains, etc.

Although each piece uses a specific patina to create the dark filled lines on each design, there is a quick alternative that will re-darken the lines quickly and efficiently. Over time your jewelry may fade while being exposed to water & chemicals such as lotion. All you will need is a black sharpie marker and a jewelry polishing cloth. Both of these items can be found at any local craft store. Trace in the stamped design with the black sharpie marker, then wipe off excess with a polishing cloth. Your mini jewelry will return to its bold & shiny appearance quickly & safely.

If you're wondering when your items will ship, please check your order details for the "scheduled ship date". Your order will ship on or before the said date. Please understand that my turnaround time is the time I need to create your items. It does NOT include transit (shipping) time.

This is a one person shop and I need time to create, polish, clean and package your one item, as well as hundreds of others. While priority or express orders are usually finished a lot sooner then due date, this depends on volume of orders. During holidays it can be hard to make that happen but they will be packaged and dropped of to post at the deadline.
