11-29-22 Please note that my shipping times are clearly stated here and when you place your order. Please know that I am not a physical shop selling on Etsy. I am a one person owner and I do all the work. I process orders as they come in. I sell only items on hand-unless there is a blip in the inventory. I will let you know if there is an issue. If you need an item before the stated ship times please contact me and I will work on getting the item to you faster. Also, please contact me with your issues before you state them on feedback. I always work with my clients and appreciate you doing the same. I cannot fix anything if you do not communicate with me directly. Thank you in advance for being professional with a transaction.

I am required to provide a tracking number with all transactions. I send one when the item is shipped. Per Federal Law-once an item has been post marked and accepted by USPS it is your property. I have no control over the delivery of the item. You have to contact the Post Office if the item is missing. You are required to start the complaint process with USPS, Etsy and your financial institution. I will assist you when I can, but I do not send replacements for lost packages. I do not accept returns.

Please note-while I sell my own product, I am a secondary seller of other supplers. I understand when an item may not be the coloring you are looking for and need. I am not the dyer of these products and if you have concerns about their product you need to direct your concerns with them. I will do what I can to make the moment right, but I have no control over coloring of these products.

PLEASE NOTE SHIP TIMES WITH YOUR ORDER. I process all my orders as I receive them. Ship times are listed when orders are placed. ****If you need an item to be shipped before the stated time please message me with your needs. Additional shipping information during this national crisis. As stated above I ship as my orders come in as fairness to my customers. I am also combining as many shipments as possible to limit my exposure to the public. I will follow my state’s laws on if I am able to leave my home. I am also daily checking the postal regulations and other carrier regulations during this crisis. You will always get a tracking number when I ship. If it is a federal and or state mandate that I am unable to leave my home I will comply with this ruling. Always feel free to inquire and I will always give you an update.

I do ship internationally, but you have to contact me privately so I can do a custom order. Do to Etsy’s new 'free' shipping it is hard to handle international orders through regular ordering through the site. Please message me and I will send a custom order once we have agreed on the sale.
