Our lives are often viewed as a dichotomy of light and dark, good and bad; however, the truth is that these two seemingly opposing forces merge to form the very essence of our existence - all as one. As we navigate the darkest corners of our life's journey, we come to find that picking up the pieces and building something new out of them can hold the key to our resilience, growth, and happiness - the light as we know it.
