Custom and personalized orders

***PLEASE NOTE*** If you need an item by a specific date, I will need at least several weeks notice, especially if an item is on backorder. Some items can take as long as 1 month to become available. I cannot guarantee that an item will be available to you by a specific date, but I will try my best.

Any items that I do not have in stock will be considered a custom order. CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR UPFRONT AND ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Custom orders that need to be ordered may take approximately 2-3 weeks to receive, depending on the item.

What If I Would Like To Cancel My Order?

You will have 12 hours to decide whether or not you would like to go ahead with your order. Once the label is processed, it cannot be canceled. You can return the order for a full refund minus shipping charges.

Care instructions

Vermeil and gold-filled: clean with MILD dish soap and micro fiber cloth. Do not use harsh bristles or cleaners.

Sterling Silver: Use a sterling silver cleaner and/ or micro fiber cloth.

Stainless Steel: Use a micro fiber with vinegar for light cleaning. For more stubborn stains, use Bar Keepers cleanser with a soft toothbrush.

***Other fashion jewelry charms or findings might tarnish or oxidize due to many factors such weather (heat, humidity), lotions, perfumes, exposure to air etc. Keep these items in small ziploc bags for longer shelf life. Avoid showering or swimming with fashion jewelry metals.

Shipping

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. ***I cannot issue refunds once a shipping label has been processed***

Once an item shows “delivered” through the USPS tracking, please contact your post office immediately. Check with neighbors or other family members. If all else fails, give it another 24 hours or so. There have been many instances where the package shows up the next day. If a tracking says that it will arrive late, it can be delayed even up to one week. If a package is lost in transit, please contact me.

*** please note, that most reimbursements are done directly through contacting Etsy support (unless a package arrives damaged).

What is your refund policy?

I will gladly accept any returns in their ORIGINAL condition within 7 days. NO EXCEPTIONS unless the item was received as damaged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless it was received damaged. Please contact me before returning any items.

I cannot refund an order once a shipping label has been processed. If you want to cancel an order, you must notify me within 12 hours after purchase.
