Your files are available through your Etsy account at etsy.com/your/purchases and via the email address used to place your order.

A couple of things worth knowing: downloads are only available through a browser rather than the Etsy app, and if you checked out as a guest, your link will arrive via the email used at checkout. Worth checking your spam folder if you don't see it.

For the best result, choose heavyweight matte paper (300gsm or above), canvas, or fine art paper with a textured finish. A good local print shop is hard to beat. Otherwise here are a few trusted options:

All my work is drawn completely by hand by me in Procreate. Digital in medium, but every mark carries the grain and warmth of traditional media. I don't use AI generation at any stage of the process.

IKEA, Zara Home, and H&M Home are reliable for modern, minimal frames. If you enjoy the hunt, Facebook Marketplace and local thrift stores can turn up something truly one of a kind.

For the best custom room art, share 3 photos minimum in 0.5 zoom, uncropped, at eye level in good natural light. This is the exact reference I'll draw from, so take a moment to choose the one you love most.

Every Room scene is hand-drawn to order and ready within 3 weeks from the day I receive your photo. If you need it sooner, message me to discuss priority options. Revisions add approximately one week to the timeline.

One revision round is included, covering up to three minor adjustments from the following: print size, room size, room details, room specification, text edits, or colour scheme.

Colouring, shading, extra illustrations, clothing or objects can be requested for an additional fee, quoted case by case. Additional revision rounds are also available for a fee.

Please note that once your final files have been delivered, the artwork is considered complete and no further revisions are possible.
