My only minor issue is that I purchased with insert included and I found it too thick for my pins to go through. So I just used my own fabric instead. I was able fit quite a few pins in the window. This is my new casual ita bag. ❤️

5 out of 5 starsI can’t even begin to say how amazing the quality of the bag is! I can say for a fact it is a lot bigger than I thought but who am I to complain. I bought the bag by itself because I had a vision of what I wanted to do for the inserts. I just cut cardboard and attached stickers I have been saving throughout the years and when I attached the pins I was super excited to see the final looks. This has been the only bag i’ve been using and I love getting compliments when i’m out and about. I can say for certainty that this is the best bag i’ve owned and is a great investment. Thanks to the lovely shop owner for making it I truly love it!

The window was a little smaller than what I'd needed but, I knew that when ordering - and I was really really pleased to find that it was very easy to modify and give myself a bit more window space to play with. PART OF MY HEART BREAKS BECAUSE AHHH~ The frilly bit with the bow is so cute but, I *needed* to cram more stuff in there... Anyway, HIGHLY recommend this bag, it's lovely.

Frequently asked questions
3-4 Weeks Processing Time
MTO (Made to order) items typically take about 3-4 weeks. Items arriving about a month from order date is the NORM and typical expected wait.
Please keep this in mind when ordering
Cancellation, Returns, Exchanges
Almost all of the items in the shop are done on a MTO (Made to order) basis, because of this, I cannot offer Cancellations, returns or exchanges (a new item would have to be created).
