Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Due to the digital nature of my products, I’m unable to offer returns or refunds. Once downloaded, you’ll always have access to your files. If you made a purchase by mistake, please do not download the file and contact me. I can cancel the order as long as the file hasn’t been downloaded.
I can’t access my template or it opens in “View Only” mode. What should I do?
If your file opens in "View Only" mode, please try these steps:
Go to the top toolbar and select “File” → “Make a copy” to save an editable version to your Google Drive.
Open the template on a computer or laptop, as mobile devices sometimes cause issues.
Ensure you’re logged into Google Sheets with enough storage in your Google Drive.
Try using a different browser.

I get an error message “Sorry, unable to open the file at this time” in Google Sheets.
This error usually happens when there’s limited storage in your Google Drive. Check your Google Drive storage and clear space if it’s full, then try opening the file again. If you still have trouble, please message me—I’m happy to help!
Where can I find my digital file?
Once you complete your purchase, you can access your digital file in two ways:
Email: Etsy will email a download link to the address provided at checkout. If you don’t receive the link, please check that your email address is up to date in your Etsy account.
Etsy Account: Go to Your Account > Purchases > Purchases to find your files.
Can I use these templates in Excel?
Most of my templates are compatible in Google Sheets & Excel. Please check individual listings to make sure you can use the template on your preferred system.
