I genuinely got more complements on this tie than I've ever gotten on anything else. I chose the pre-tied option and I'm glad I did, it was very well tied and easy to adjust. Not worth taking a star off, but my only tiny complaint is that the hook components are a little bulky, but still sat almost completely flush under the collar of the shirt I wore with it since it had a stiff collar. Overall, very glad I got this tie and I will keep an eye out for others from this maker that I would enjoy or may commission a custom one if possible.

Shop ran out of what I ordered but they worked with me to find a replacement. Over all a great experience even if I am a little disappointed not to get the original item.

While I had been waiting for my package for a couple of weeks too only 1 month later. It wasn’t until I had to contact the owner and luckily it has good customer service, this was due to me needing help with my shipping order not coming on time. My delivery was a little bit late from shipping, but I least got my package on time during the beginning of May. In fact, it’s the right package or with no damage to the package. The reason I buy a bow tie for my Graduation and my last orchestra concert, is because I’m Non-Binary and Autistic so I wanted to make it very special. Thank you so much, from your customer.
