4 out of 5 starsTracking was a bit wonky, with no tracking numbers working correctly and Etsy's built-in order tracker being very bare bones, but it arrived within a week of purchase in a nice flat parcel! The coin purse itself is cute! The fabric feels nice, the printed images are bright & vibrant, the storage space is nice (for coins), the zipper is nice, and it has a fabric loop with a metal ring to attach charms to! How delightful! Also the seller responded to my concerned message about shipping with a helpful response in about a day or two, so all in all, a good experience! Just make sure you have a locked mailbox or PO box as the package has little to no tracking, so when it arrives, it's kinda sudden.

What is your policy on lost parcels?
Please reach out to me via Etsy messages. My policy is if you haven't received the parcel and there has been no movement on tracking after 14 business days, we can work together to reach a resolution.

Please note that this type of tracking is not as detailed or reliable as standard parcel tracking. Additionally, during the busy holiday season USPS often experiences delays, especially with smaller mail pieces. Your order may still be in transit even if tracking updates appear limited or stagnant.
