Unfortunately, these timelines are not always correct. The USPS experiences delays due to busy seasons and weather often.
What is your policy on lost parcels?
Please reach out to me via Etsy messages. My policy is if you haven't received the parcel and there has been no movement on tracking after 14 business days, we can work together to reach a resolution.
I have not received my order.

Most of our items are small and ship as letters or flat parcels, which are trackable through Pitney Bowes. Please note that this type of tracking is not as detailed or reliable as standard parcel tracking. Additionally, during the busy holiday season USPS often experiences delays, especially with smaller mail pieces. Your order may still be in transit even if tracking updates appear limited or stagnant.
