I want my pieces to be as unique as I am! How do I personalize my jewelry?
• Once you have added your item(s) to your cart please write a note in the "note to seller" section specifying what personalization details you would like.
• For example, if you need an extender on your necklace we will attach one for you upon request. If you need a specific necklace length you don't see in the options simply write that in the notes.
• If something is unclear to us, we will directly contact you! :) We want to make sure you receive exactly what you have in mind.

It's for someone special, what if I'm sending a gift?
• You're in luck! Whether you're sending a gift to someone or giving yourself one, we offer free gift packaging with every order! We make sure that every piece is sent in a beautiful gift box perfect for gifts and storing!
• We offer blush or white jewelry boxes, you can type which box color you would like in the notes section. Buying from us should be a happy experience from beginning to end.
• There is no need to specify if it's a gift, because we package all orders as such. You can choose which box color (blush or white) you would like in the notes section. We do not include invoices or receipts in any of our packages and the presentation is just lovely! We promise! :)
Bummer! What if I am not completely in love with my jewelry once received?
• Many stores do not offer returns and exchanges if you're not thrilled with the purchase. We are different!
• If there is anything you're not happy with once you receive your package, we will happily accept a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery EXCEPT for custom made items (engraved pieces or names for example) or international orders.
• If a necklace breaks during wear, we offer free repairs for up to 6 months after purchase date.
Simply message us directly through our website and we will contact you back that same day, and do everything we can to fix the issue.

I want my jewelry to last! How do I care for it?
Although our jewelry is top quality, there are things you can do to protect your jewelry from getting damaged.
• AVOID
Jewelry should not be exposed to harsh chemicals such as perfumes, bleach, chlorine or scented lotions. You can shower your jewelry as long as your soaps and shampoos are gentle.
• STORING
Store your jewelry in a dry room temperature area, avoid hot and humid places like bathrooms and cars.
• CLEANING
You can clean your jewelry periodically if you like with a soft cloth, this will enhance its polish and shine.
*Jewelry can tarnish depending on a person’s pH levels on the body, it’s rare, but possible.
So what's the difference between plated and sterling silver/gold filled?
• Plated jewelry has a superficial coat of either sterling silver or 14k gold. The interior is brass or silver. It is durable and affordable.
• Sterling Silver is real 925 silver inside and out. We only sell top quality sterling silver.
• Gold Filled jewelry has multiple layers of 14k gold pressure bonded with extreme heat in the material. It results in a durable and high quality product. It should not tarnish, and it will last for many years to come if with the right tender love and care! :)
• 14k Solid Gold jewelry is the highest quality material we work with, it's 14k solid gold and can be worn all the time under any environmental condition.

• Our store is one of the fastest processing stores on Etsy! Although all orders are made to order from our work studio in Miami, FL we work fast for you! We understand you want to start wearing your special design(s) ASAP! :)
• Our processing time is 1-3 business days for most orders! This means that your package will ship within 1-3 business days from the time you order. For custom orders such as 14k gold name necklaces our processing time is approximately 1-2 weeks.
• Shipping times are based on where you're located, and which mail option you choose at checkout, those times are specified at checkout for you.
Do you design jewelry for children?
While, we can design any piece for anyone, we do not recommend using our jewelry on children as some charms could potentially be a choking hazard. We're not liable for any accident any child or anyone may have with our jewelry.
