We love custom orders and personalization requests! You can customize the actual resin piece by changing the color, glitter, sparkles, mica (pearlescent coloring), fillers (dried flowers, faux sprinkles, gold leaf), or the mixing of colors, like having half and half combinations, back and front combos of color, etc! Then you can personalize your keychain with vinyl decals! These can be names, initials, monograms, short phrases or quotes, dates, etc. **Please message us with your preferences in terms of placement and any other details. We want to make you the perfect product, made just for you ❤️

All keychains at DashesOfPixieDust are handmade using two-part epoxy resin that fully cures/hardens within 72 hours. The specific brand of resin that we use advises that, after fully curing, it has a maximum heat tolerance of ~120°F (~48°C). All resin will eventually turn yellow with time, and this can be made worse with lots of direct sun, but the brand we use is very good at resisting yellowing. That being said, please do not leave the resin keychains in direct sunlight, in a car during the summer, or hanging in a sunny window. Do not throw your resin piece. The tassel attachments are not meant to get wet and should not be saturated with water. *Water may cause the tassels to leach dye, dissolve the connecting glue, or wear the silver off

We package our resin keychains in small padded envelopes or similar bubble-mailers. This is done to keep shipping costs low. If ordering more that 4 keychains, your package may be mailed in a small box to ensure none of your products get crushed against each other. If you would like to add a handwritten note/message or would like us to exclude the itemized invoice from your order for gifting purposes, please specify in the “messages to the seller” section at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are generally not accepted due to the handmade and custom nature of our products. We strive to offer high quality resin keychains. Emily hand mixes and pours our resin pieces, and she does her best to keep products free from excessive bubbles or imperfections. That being said, epoxy resin can be tricky to keep bubble free, and imperfections like rough edges, or a few small bubbles may happen. Quinn designs and applies all vinyl personalizations and decorations, and takes care to make sure that things are straight and properly centered. That being said, she is also a human being and mistakes can happen. *Please reach out to us in a message if there is an issue and we will work with you to make things right!*

Here at Dashes Of Pixie Dust, we love a certain company that starts with a D and has a mouse as their mascot ;) we won’t name them because they’re protective of their licensing, but we know that a vacation to their park is expensive and not attainable for a lot of people or families. That’s why we have decided to set aside 20% of our profits to donate a magical vacation, to our favorite place in the world, to a family that wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford it. This is not an established charity, fund, or trust, it’s just the two of us deciding to give back :)
