We were able to share this information with our realtor, and it made things easier for the both of us. He was able to know what stood out to get us homes that were aligned and we were able to point out things that we saw as deal breakers or nice features. I great but for sure.

5 out of 5 starsThis password manager was a little more graphical than I was expecting. There were these gray icons at the top of the page that were graphics and they take up valuable real estate. I tried removing them but it made the whole template act kind of wonky. I ended up putting it back to it's original format and purchasing a different password manager. I am still giving this one five stars however as I gave it to a friend of ours who is in her 70's and she absolutely loves it. She has Excel experience, practice, or skills and she was able to start using it immediately. She absolutely loves it. She was able to put the password manager in her password protected folder to keep it private from prying eyes and I am thrilled that she uses it every single day and loves the format. She loves the same look I disliked so it was a great buy!

How do digital product downloads work?
1. Make the purchase.
2. To access the files, go to your account -> Purchases And Reviews -> select the Download files button.
3. Download the file to your computer and save them somewhere safe.
4. Open the file and click on the link to get the template. The PDF file will include instructions to the template.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Digital products have no refund or exchange policy due to their nature. This includes repeat purchases of the same items, wrong design or items, etc).

Why can't I edit the digital template I just purchased?
All of our digital templates in Google Sheets & Google Docs default to "view only" access. This prevents others from being able to edit the master spreadsheet.
You need to go to file, and make a copy of the template, so you will have your own version of the document.
I purchased a digital item, but I don't have an Etsy account.
If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase by Etsy.
Can I use Google Sheets templates in Microsoft Excel and vice versa?
Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets are not compatible with each other. Because of this, you may observe that we are offering two versions of the same product - one as Excel template and the other as Google Sheets. So, please double check the product description carefully before purchase.
Why are some of the product offerings identical to each other?
Different people have different needs, therefore some templates might look identical at the first glance, however do have slight differences in design e.g. currency, American vs European dating or one is version for Excel, and the other one is for Google Sheets. We also offer bundle packs which offer a couple of complementary products in the same template. In addition to the convenience, it is also more affordable than if you would purchase the products individually.
