Well, after over a 2 week wait, my item arrived. The seller sent my item to the wrong place (of which I wasn't informed until I'd asked why, over a week since my purchase, I hadn't received any tracking info). Apparently the package had just that day coincidentally been returned to the seller! In any case, I was offered an $11 refund for the trouble, and in all fairness, the item was VERY reasonably priced, to begin with. That said, it was ultimately worth the wait. I'm not crazy about this seller's customer service (my issue being: even if my item were shipped to the wrong address, why did I never receive a tracking # to begin with), but it's worth the headache because the items in this shop are more than reasonably priced, the descriptions accurate, and when the painting arrived, it was well packaged and oh so beautiful.
