Very pleasant experience everything looks great quality service the product. I love it. She kept in contact with me. Let me know what was going on. Everything was as described and on time and the quality is great. Can’t wait to give it to my Harley Davidson friend.

Autumn made a beautiful piece. It's for a friend's bike. Everything is hand made and you tell how much hard work she puts into when you actually hold the piece. Her pictures of her items are great but seeing the item in person her pictures don't do the piece justice when actually get the piece in the mail. Customer service was phemonal, my order was for a birthday present, (my fault it was given late because I ordered it to late), Autumn was so communicative in every step of the way down to the day of shipping when she messaged saying it was going to ship out the next day. Will 100% order again for any other friends birthday gift or if I get a bike myself.

Great quality, well built, can always tell when someone takes pride in their work and Autumn was wonderful working with. Was able to change my order in the middle of her making it no problem. Highly recommend Autumn and looking forward to doing more business with her in the future.

Although one of the colors were one back order I was informed throughout the process. It well worth the wait.
