When will my item ship?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to ship. Please keep in mind this is the time I need to create, make, package and ship out your item. Allow 1-4 days for your item to arrive after it has been shipped. Once an item is shipped, it is in the hands of the USPS and I do not have any control of it at that point. Please contact your local USPS for any USPS related questions and/or concerns..
What if I need my item by a certain date?
Please contact me BEFORE ordering to ensure delivery by a specific date. I do not guarantee orders delivered by a certain date unless we have had a conversation prior confirming. Leaving a note in the ' note to seller ' stating you need your order at your doorstep by a specific date during checkout does not promise a guaranteed delivery date by no means.
My mug arrived broken, now what?
Unfortunately this can happen no matter how carefully the mug is packaged. I am more than happy to replace any mug that is broken as long as you contact me within 3 days of receiving your order and you provide a photo.
My order is incorrect, what do I do?
If for whatever reason your order is incorrect please go back and double check your invoice to ensure you correctly filled out everything. I strongly suggest spell checking any custom names. It is very common that a customer misspelled a name during checkout. Unfortunately I cannot do refunds or returns on personalized items if this is the case.
However, if the error is made on my end, I am more than happy to resend a new item. Please reach out to me right away with a photo and I am happy to help resolve any issues!
Is my mug dishwasher and microwave safe?
All ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Steel travel mugs are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe. We recommend hand washing all steel travel mugs.
Is the design printed on one side of the mug?
All mugs are printed with the design on BOTH sides.
