Can I get a sale/ coupon price on something that was purchased before or after the sale?
In the event of a sale or coupon promotion, the discount is only valid for the date/ duration of the sale, not before of after the sale has started.
Shipping
I will ship to your PayPal address unless you notify me otherwise. Shipping is via USPS 1st Class for up to 15 oz & Priority Mail for heavier packages. Tracking & delivery confirmation is provided for all US packages.
Items will be shipped within 3-5 days of completing payment process. Unless a production time is given in the listing.
Custom and made to order items will ship within the lead time discussed or posted.
International orders:
* You are responsible for any customs charges or fees.
* Are shipped First Class as much as possible.
Missing or undeliverable packages
If an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, or if an item is not picked up by the buyer when a notice is left by USPS or other postal service, the item cost but NOT the shipping cost will be refunded when the item is returned to me by USPS.
For International packages refused at customs, I will refund purchase price less shipping charges when the item arrives back in my mailbox.
All lost package claims must be initiated with in 30 days of first USPS scan of package.
