The seller was quick to respond to my questions, usually within 24 hours, and provided excellent care instructions. You can tell they genuinely care about their plants and customers. Highly recommend!

How ever the first bonsai arrive not looking healthy and I reported to the salesman they very well take care of me and he replaced the new bonsai for me and now I’m love it will purchase soon and I’ll be recommending to all my friends Thanks’ all
