Frequently asked questions
How do I download my digital files?
Once your payment is confirmed, your files will be available for instant download. You can find them under 'Purchases and Reviews' in your Etsy account, or check the download link sent to your Etsy registered email. Please note that the Etsy mobile app does not currently support file downloads—please use a mobile browser or a desktop computer.
What is the best way to print these activities?
All files are designed in high-resolution (300 DPI) PDF format, optimized for standard US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) paper. They can also be printed on A4 paper by selecting 'Fit to Printable Area' in your printer settings. For hands-on activities like playdough mats and tracing cards, we highly recommend printing on heavyweight cardstock and laminating for repeated use.
Can I use these files for commercial purposes?
All DearGru printables are for personal and single-classroom use only. You may print as many copies as you need for your own children or classroom students. Digital redistribution, sharing, reselling, or commercial use of the design files is strictly prohibited.
