Why is international shipping expensive?
All shipments sent internationally are tracked that’s why it is expensive. If you don’t want tracked, then please reach out to me and we can discuss it~
All my shipping prices have also got packaging fees included in them and this covers both the materials and the time i spend packing your orders!
My package got lost, can I get replacements?
Yes but I will only send replacements for lost packages if you have proceeded with tracked shipping.
I will not be sending replacements for enamel pins, acrylic keychains or lanyards. HOWEVER, i would like to offer other items from my shop that totals to the same amount of the pin/keychain/lanyard you purchased.
Can I cancel my order?
I will only cancel orders that i have not yet started to fulfill. However, if I have started to process your order, then I will not be cancelling your order.
What is the difference between pre-orders and in-stocks?
PRE-ORDERS are products that usually have not been
made/produced yet and would need quite a bit of waiting time (usually 2-3 months) before it gets shipped to you.
However, with IN-STOCKS, they are products that a seller already has on hand and would be ready to ship out for you.
What days do you ship out orders?
My ship out days are usually on Thursday, Friday
or Saturday.
How do you ship UK orders?
I ship UK orders via 1st class mail. If you want signed for, then please reach out and we can figure something out.

How do your Digital products work?
My digital products so far are for PERSONAL USE only. Strictly NO reselling or sharing with others.
If you will be using the PDF sticker file(s), you will be required to resize them to your liking, print and also cut them out by hand.
If you are using the PNG file(s), you can simply import them to apps such as Good-Notes and use it as a digital sticker. Please note that since the stickers from one sticker sheet will come in ONE PNG file, you will have to crop the PNG file to your liking depending on which sticker you want to use at the time.
