Don't know why the company Etsy mailed the two mugs separately, but when contacting you now I only received one, you were guick to check my tracking on the mugs and I did receive the other one the next day just as you said. Hi Dan, thank you for your order. I am so glad that you love the mug and my rooster pastel painting image. I, too, love how beautifully it is printed on these. You can see every detail and it is so glossy. To be fair to Etsy, the one day delay on that mug was not on Etsy's end. Etsy is only a platform where I sell products. I use other manufacturers to create the mug, and then they ship them out. I can only guess that part of the reason why they are shipped separately is that they come in such a perfectly designed, protective cradle. When I received one in the mail, I was blown away at how carefully it was packed. I did contact the company to ask them about it, and will get back to you soon with their reply. Thank you for your comments. It is my pleasure to share my art with you!
