How long does it take to get my order?
Processing takes 1–3 business days, and shipping usually takes 3–7 business days. Most customers receive their order within 4–10 business days total.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, they’re sent to production and cannot be changed. Please double-check sizing and design before checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each shirt is custom-printed just for you, I can only accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please message me with photos if there’s an issue.
What shirt brands do you use?
Most often used are Gildan 64000 and Comfort Colors 1717 — both are high-quality, soft cotton shirts that fit true to size. Comfort Colors runs relaxed; Gildan is more standard fit.
Care instructions
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
