4 out of 5 starsThe shop owner responded quickly and was polite and professional. The decal is exactly as described and of good quality. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because initially there was a lack of communication concerning the shipping/tracking number. With no clickable link the tracking number has to be manually typed in, and then comes up as invalid on the USPS website. It would have been a much better shopping experience if the shop owner had made it clear from the get go that he ships through a different mailing service. All in all, I recommend this shop and won’t hesitate to purchase in the future.

I’m so glad you got your package and are happy with it! I purchase all of my shipping labels through Etsy so everything is automated so I’m not sure why you couldn’t see tracking on your end. Just glad it arrived! Thank your for your purchase and review!
