Custom and personalized orders
Decal Hell does not offer customization or personalize an order. If you would like a custom decal(s) we can direct you to our sister business that will be more than happy to help with your decal needs!
Sizing details
In our description for every decal it states what the size of the decals are. We do not offer up-sizing or down-sizing of our decals. If you are in LOVE with one of our decals, we can direct you to our sister business who would be able to help you with the sizing and pricing for the sizing.
Shipping Method
We ship all our decals via USPS First Class Mail, so there will be NO Tracking number available. Be sure the address you provided is correct, since we copy and past your name and address to make a label for on your envelop to be sent out.
Production
Most decals are manufactured upon order so please allow 1-3 Business Days for processing. All decal designs and sizes are final.
Decal Hell works along side their sister business and getting access to the printer can be hard some days to print decals.
Mail Time
Since we ship all our decals via USPS First Class Mail, your decals should be in your mail box from 3-7 Business Days after your order has been completed. So keep your eyes peeled for your order! If your decals do not show up within 1-2 weeks, Please reach out to us.
Our Decals
All our decals have an Adhesive backing, manufactured with exterior grade vinyl product and solvent based ink for years of outdoor use. Perfect for any smooth surface - indoor or outdoor. These decals do have a long life sticking to whatever surface you plan on sticking it to. Also, here at Decal Hell, we do not offer printing on other surfaces, for example: magnets.

When does Decal Hell's Mail get Picked up?
Our mail person picks up all outgoing mail & orders at 3:00pm (cst).
Rush Option?
Since we ship via USPS First Class Mail, it is difficult to rush orders. But if you message us within purchase, during business hours & before 3:00pm (cst), we will do our best to get your order out asap.
