*Please note, this shop is a family-owned small shop of 3 members living in 3 different time zones. The shop hours shown here are United States PT (West-coast) where Melissa, our shop manager resides. If you live in another time zone (i.e. Europe or US East-coast) and are trying to reach us by message, you may not receive a response immediately due to the different day-time.

INSTANT DOWNLOADS
All of the items in our shop are Instant Downloads. After you have completed your purchases, you will be automatically be taken to the purchase page on Etsy, where you will be able to download your purchased files. There’s no waiting time.
You will also receive an email from Etsy with a link to download your files.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. No physical items will be shipped.

Please keep in mind that colors on a monitor may vary from how they appear in person or how they display on viewing device due to the color calibration of your device or monitor.
We try to ensure that the colors of the designs you see on the listing sample are the final colors of that particular design.

Note: We have no access to your payment account details: Etsy Payments and PayPal process your financial information independently of us.

As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
