My order didnt arrive&i can't track my order, can you refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for orders that have already been shipped with a valid tracking number, as the responsibility for the delivery of the order is with the shipping carrier.
But in case if your order was returned to us, we will notify you and offer an refund&resend.
As a friendly reminder, it is recommended that you check with your local post office regularly for updates of your order once it has been shipped.
Additionally, if you experience any delays or difficulties in receiving your package, you can always reach out to your local post office.
