Rares took the time to answer so many questions form me throughly. He created a customer size for me and it fit perfectly. He gave me wonderful advice on how to properly hanging the wallpaper too. The design is fantastic, and the customer service is even better!

As a note for uk buyers you will need to pay a customs fee (not sellers fault but for me was £62 so a bit of a surprise!) But overall murals from this shop are cheaper than elsewhere anyway so definitely still worth it!!

WALL PREPARATION
The wall surface must be smooth, clean and completely dry!!
For „Peel and Stick” remember to wait 2 weeks after painting the wall!
Wallpapers works very well on smooth surfaces finished with washable paint!
Also, both Peel&Stick and HP WallArt does NOT work on the wall painted with latex paint / oil paint / medium textured walls! Simply wallpaper will not adhere in these cases!!
To avoid this the paint needs to be pealed off and the wall needs to be tarnish with a sandpaper until surface gets really smooth - this way it would make the wallpaper stick to the wall.
Before hanging wallpaper, apply at least a couple of coats of dry wall primer - this seals the surface to a degree and will make subsequent removal of the wallpaper easier.
SHIPPING
I ship WORLDWIDE with UPS Express 1st Class within 1-3 days after receiving payment!! Everything is safe, tracked and well packed!
The wallpaper rolls ships in a special rigid cardboard tube.
* Please make sure that your address is 100% correct and there are no mistakes.
* Please provide a phone number; that will be necessary for UPS „door to door” service delivery
I am not responsible to re-ship if your address has changed from that on your account.

✿ For the US, you DON'T have to pay custom taxes if the purchase is less than $800. That's good news :)
For the non-EU deliveries, it might take a few extra days for the customs clearance in the destination country. And there's a slight possibility that you'll pay some extra taxes, when you'll receive the package.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES
