1. Personal information we collect
We’d like to explain what information we collect from buyers, why we needs the information, how we use it to fulfill orders, the third parties with whom we share the information, and the length of time we keep the information.
Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewelry, for example), if you contact us directly.
2. The legal bases we relies on to collect, use, and share personal information
The GDPR requires that we explain the legal bases you rely on to collect, use, and share personal information. The legal bases may include a buyer’s affirmative consent to receive marketing messages, compliance with legal obligations, and a seller’s use of the personal information in their legitimate interests (improving their services, for example). We use your information as necessary to comply with my obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
3. The third parties with whom we share personal information
The GDPR requires that we disclose the details of any personal information we share with third parties. We want to explain to our buyers why, when, and with whom we may share buyers’ personal information. For example:
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Etsy. We share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
• Service providers. we engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
• Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
• Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
4. The length of time we keep personal information
The GDPR requires you us disclose the period of time during which we will store personal information. We’d like consider how long we need to retain information for business purposes and to comply with any legal or tax obligations, and keep in mind that data shouldn't be kept for any longer than necessary.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce my agreements. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
5. Our buyers’ rights regarding our use of their personal information and our contact details
Based on GDPR requirements, we should explain to our buyers their rights regarding the information they provide to us on Etsy. We should also provide our contact details and explain to his buyers that we are the data controller of their personal information.

In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
• Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
