I add a small fee for packaging and supplies to the shipping prices.

Small items in the UK are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class (UK Standard). Bigger items are sent by Hermes or another courier.

Delivering in the UK 2-7 business days from marked shipping date.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS – please note:

Small items and with the value below 30 GBP are sent via Royal Mail International Standard. This does NOT include a tracking number.

Bigger items and with the value over 30 GBP are sent with a tracking number.

Delivering to countries in Europe: 3 - 10 business days from marked shipping date.

Delivering to USA, Canada : 5 - 28 business days from marked shipping date.

To Australia : 10- 28 business days from marked shipping date.

Please be aware that orders can sometimes be held up by customs, though very rarely, adding additional waiting times.

Everyone please note that in the event of bad weather, increased security, customs checks and busy times like the run up to Christmas, mail can occasionally take up to 6 weeks to be delivered. If you haven't received your order after 28 working days please contact me so that I can start the claims process.

If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, I cannot be held responsible. The buyer will therefore be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

NEW EU Directive on Consumer Rights
On June 13, 2014 new regulations govern certain Etsy transactions. The regulations, which will implement the EU Directive on Consumer Rights, apply to all Etsy sellers who sell to buyers in the EU (even if an Etsy seller is based outside of the EU) and buyers based in EU member countries.

BUYERS RESIDING IN COUNTRIES THAT ARE SUBJECT TO THESE REGULATIONS HAVE THE RIGHT TO RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.

THIS RIGHT DOES NOT EXTEND TO CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS and certain perishable goods, unless otherwise specified by the seller.
If a buyer exercises their right to return an item, a seller must reimburse all payments, including the original shipping charges, received from the buyer.
IF A SELLER HAS NOT RECEIVED RETURNED GOODS FROM A BUYER, THE SELLER MAY WITHHOLD SUCH REIMBURSEMENT PROVIDED THAT REIMBURSEMENT OCCURS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED GOODS.

THE BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING RETURN SHIPPING COSTS unless the seller has agreed to bear those costs.

THE BUYER SHALL KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND RETURN PURCHASED GOODS IN THE SAME PACKAGE AND SO WELL-PROTECTED HOW IS RECEIVED.

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND BECAUSE OF ANY REASON YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR ORDER WITHIN 14 DAYS after receipt of the goods. I WILL MAKE A REFUND AFTER I RECEIVE RETURNED PRODUCT. I will also ask the buyer to provide proof of shipping the item back.

I CAN NOT MAKE THE REFUND IF I DO NOT RECEIVE GOODS OR IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED GOODS.
