Preparing the order

The time it takes to prepare an order for shipping is 2-5 business days. But we try as hard as possible to ship your order as soon as possible. Please note that we prepare and ship orders only on working days MONDAY to FRIDAY, EXCLUDING Saturday and Sunday. REMEMBER: preparation and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its end.

Information about shipping

Please double check your details and spelling on your order details as we are not responsible for errors on your order details provided by the buyer such as spelling errors. Packaging and postage costs are not refundable unless due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are not refundable for refused or undelivered packages.

Shipping, delivery times and any delays

All our products are shipped from Italy. Deliveries within Italian territory take 1-3 working days. For European countries it takes approximately 3-8 working days. For USA, Canada, and the rest of the world: 10-18 business days. International shipping is unpredictable and you may experience customs delays. For international orders, once the package has left Italy, it becomes subject to the local post office.

Parcel Tracking / I can't track my parcel / Help! Package tracking is not updating

When the order is shipped, we provide the tracking code to track the shipment.If you can't track your package, don't worry! Sometimes, when the package leaves Italy and is on its way to your country, the system needs a few days to update the shipping status. This doesn't mean the package has been lost, it means the package hasn't been scanned in your country yet.

How can I return/exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges only on NON-personalized items within 30 days of receiving the package. The exchange will be made only AFTER having received the original product and verified that the conditions are the same as when it was shipped by us. If you return your product, your refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us and verified to be in the same condition as when it was shipped by us. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in the event of an exchange or return of the item. ATTENTION! All personalized products CANNOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.

Lost package

We take full responsibility for the shipping and delivery of our products. If the package is lost during shipping, we will take care of sending you a new product. So there is no reason to be worried!
