We accept requests for custom and personalized orders. All our graphic and printing work is completed “in house.” If you want something special created for your order please reach out to us via Etsy messenger.
Care instructions
All orders will be accompanied by a washing instruction card. Due to variability in washers and driers we recommend following the attached instructions to ensure a long lasting product. If you have any questions please let us know.
Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale pricing upon request.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Deep Dive Apparel offers gift wrapping for your items for a small fee. All items are individually wrapped and packaged for delivery.
Rush Orders
We do accept rush orders on a case by case basis. If you need to receive your order faster than our processing time (3-5 business days) please contact us before purchasing. A shipping upgrade may be required for your package to be received by a specific date.
When will I receive my order?
Our shop processes orders as they are received for printing and shipping within 3-5 business days. When choosing your shipping speed please factor in processing time for your order.
Why do you not accept returns?
Our apparel is printed for each order and we cannot accept a returns for orders past our cancellation policy. At Deep Dive Apparel we want you to be happy with your order. If you have any issues with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
