DeepInKnots started with a love for making things by hand — and that love is still at the heart of everything I do.
I design and handcraft every piece myself, one knot at a time. What makes me happiest is seeing something I created become part of someone’s life: a dress worn to a wedding, a special evening, a vacation, a performance — or simply a day when someone wants to feel beautiful and a little different.
Over the years, my handmade pieces have found their way to 23 countries, including the USA, Canada, France, Australia, South Africa and Saudi Arabia. In the United States alone, they have been worn in 17 different states.
Alongside individual customers, I’ve also had the wonderful opportunity to create pieces for professional projects — including a French theatre, an Ibiza party organizer, a fashion hairstylist in Canada, a theatre costume professional working with theatres in the United States, musicians and singers from Los Angeles and South Africa, and a designer clothing store in Saudi Arabia.
But whether I’m making one dress for one woman or a larger order for a professional project, my approach stays exactly the same: I make it myself, I care about every detail, and I want the person receiving it to be genuinely happy.
I’m still a small independent maker and designer, and I think that’s something special. There’s no mass production behind DeepInKnots. Just my hands, my ideas, beautiful materials, a lot of patience — and thousands of knots.
