Do you accept returns, exchanges. or alterations after delivery?
Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate. any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!
Do you send photos before you ship items?
Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos before shipment.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds since every item is custom. Please make sure you wear your jewelry as requested, adjust it well to your wrist so that it doesn't get caught on any anything and it can not break.
If an item is broken upon arrival please let us know. You must have photos of the item and your item will be replaced.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Deep Blue Legend is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier or stolen -- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand our item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsability to deliver the item -- please contact the shipping carrier in your country directly regarding delaysor lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the last coordinates of your last scan point from the shipping and declare the theft to your local police department.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For Example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after your order we do not go back and refund all previous customers that 10% off amount
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying re-shipment.
What are the care instructions for the items in the shop?
If the item exists only out of cord it can be worn day and night and also in the shower.
If the item exists out of cord and a charm, please remove the item when taking a shower to keep it in good condition.
What are the sizing details?
A detailed size chart is availabe in all listings. All bracelets are adaptable to your wrist and will always fit.
My order did not reach me on time. Can I return it?
Sometimes there are delays in transit times across all of our shipping carrier and these will increase in the holiday season. We can not guarantee that a shipment will arrive by a specific date, even if the tracking providess an established delivery date. We can not refund or cancel orders if they did not reach on time. We do our best to ship your order as soon as possible but we don't control shipping. Please understand, NO returns are accepted in case a late delivery.
