It absolutely does not. When you purchase original, printed, or digital art from me, I retain all rights to it. I will typically permit you a limited license to display the art you've purchased if all the following conditions are met:
1) It's for personal use only, involving no exchange of goods, services, or currency with a third party (this includes game currencies, monetization, and barter);
2) Its description includes credit to me with my name & handle (styled Tom "DefilerWyrm" Sims) and at least one active link to me (Etsy, Twitter, or Patreon preferred);
3) It doesn't involve reproducing it physically; AND
4) It is not edited in any fashion.

If you wish to purchase a license to reproduce along with the art, contact me directly.

Check the baggie first! All stickers ship in a small brown paper parcel. Don't toss it in the recycling until you've made sure you've got everything out of it! Stickers are clingy and might get stuck to the sides of the parcel.

If you've checked that thoroughly, send me a message and I'll resend your goods if they're in stock, or refund you if they're not!

USPS hasn't been the same since Trump installed DeJoy as Postmaster General. Their efficiency has been gutted on purpose, and shipping delays have become the norm. If it's been more than 4 weeks for domestic (USA) orders, send me a message and I'll get you a replacement sent out ASAP.

For international orders, please allow up to 8 weeks and then follow the same process.

In order to package international orders in the most cost-effective way, I have to use stamps instead of purchasing postage online, because Etsy doesn't give me the option of using International First Class for a normal letter (neither does Stamps.com, Pirate Ship, or USPS themselves; believe me, I've tried!). This saves customers about $13 USD on average, but the downside is that there's no tracking number. I will do my best to let you know if/when this is the case for your order,

On the other hand, Etsy also punishes sellers for not having tracking on anything over 5% of our total orders, so occasionally — when I can — I'll eat the cost of shipping with tracking.

Yes! All stickers are waterproof AND UV-resistant unless otherwise noted in the description.

Nothing in my shop is intended as a children's toy. They may contain small parts and may pose a choking hazard. Older children should be fine to use stickers and keychains with adult supervision. Basically, use your head. Children are enterprising creatures when it comes to discovering bold new ways to injure themselves, and if you give them my stuff or they get hold of it and hurt themselves with it somehow, sorry to hear it but that's on you.
