Such a cute Corgi key chain. It took awhile but it was worth the wait. I LOVE IT!

The embroidery was very good and made a convincing likeness, but I received the incorrect hat color(After receiving this review they were quick to offer me a hat with the correct color as the mistake was due to a mixup in the embroidery process). I did not receive any tracking information on the Etsy app until shortly after it was delivered. This required me to get that information through the seller. The seller was relatively quick to respond but was not very proactive with there responses requiring repeated initiation on my part. They promised to provide tracking information the next day multiple times, but didn’t until I asked for it the day it arrived.

We had a hat made of our pup for my dad on Father's Day. Hs reaction was priceless to our pup's portrait on it, which turned out great! His review was that it was his favorite material, style, and color. Kinda nailed it. We asked the seller for a proof for approval, and they were very accommodating. Shipping is a bit slow because it's coming a long way. Not really an issue, but just something to be aware of.
