Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

• All orders are made and sent from Thailand.
• All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.
• All free shipment will take about 14 – 28 working days for parcel to arrive. Express Mail Service is provided in an additional option which take about 7 working days for parcel to arrive. However, these suggested delivery times is not included the custom clearance process. And some unexpected delay situation.
• All free shipment of your order is “Registered Airmail Service” which means the parcel will be delivered to the address that buyers provide and it will need signature to receive the parcel. If there is no anyone stand by to provide signature to receive parcel at the time parcel arrive, in most cases, postman will leave note at your door to let you collect the parcel at the post office later. In some cases, the parcel will be automatically return and hold at the post office (without note) for a while and if there is no one to pick up, the parcel will be return to us. In the case of parcel returning to us because buyers do not claim the parcel, we will need to do shipping cost charge for sending the parcel again.


Since the COVID-19 situation all over the world in recent months, there is very limit postal service provider available. In fact, in Thailand, we found that there is only DHL company that still provide service to send parcel to international destination.

However, on 1st May, we have received letter from DHL that all parcel from March to April can have the C-19 effects which result in delay delivery and tracking event not real time update. The delay delivery is expected to be around 14-28 or more days. Please find full details letter from DHL below :

COVID-19 Service Disruptions and delay delivery time from 14 – 28 business days or more on current transit times & tracking event not real time update

Dear Valued customers,

Update situation of Covid-19 in Asia, Europe and USA, after many countries including Thailand decided to forbid all passenger flights going in/out of the country. Similar to other parcel operators worldwide, our international connections relied on commercial airlines. We have already encountered problems and solving problem day by day. We would like to provide you with an important update on the impact and contingency plan to keep your supply chain and the business running amidst this unusual time ;

• For Asia, European & USA destinations, there is a limited number of airlines are operating cargo service between Asia, Europe and USA. Availability is limited and normally served for important cargoes. Postal and eCommerce cargo generally perceived a low priority for many airlines, hence our airfreight capacity has been cut-back which is a major caused of delay and long transit time. There is still a solution existed and we are working very hard to secure more space with airlines.
• Tracking event on website not real time update, since we are working on different routing on order to move all shipments to destination country including the international postal ground operation and network are not 100% on duty that has impacted with the tracking event not show real time update on DHL eCommerce track and trace website.

Upon the current situation impacted with shipment dispatched Thailand from March – April 2020 please expect delays up to 14 – 28 days or more on current transit times.

Above, is every written word from latest DHL letter we received. We also did not expect this difficulty earlier. So, we Defy Jewelry, hope your kind understanding and support too. Thank you very much.

However, with the reasons from DHL mentioned earlier, please be noted that during this time and to the near future which our world still facing problem with the COVID-19, we believe that all the shipments from now can probably be delay in transit expectedly more of around 2-3 weeks as we had earlier problem. So, please kindly keep this delay in mind. Also, the tracking event can also not show real time update too as the above reason stated. However, if we have any information update from our mail service provider, we will of course keep you guys update too.
