Art that inspires others
Hi, I'm Deja. I am an artist/graphic designer and full-time mom of an amazing son whom I live with in Fallbrook, California.
I grew up with art supplies in my hands and was always drawing and coloring. Naturally, I went to art college and got a job as a graphic designer in the fashion industry. You may have seen or even worn some of my shirt designs that have sold at Target, JC Penney, Nordstrom's, Kohl's Victoria's Secret, and more.
Growing up, I was bullied for being an immigrant and developed very low self esteem and low confidence as a result, as well as social anxiety. I became terrified of people. I was finally able to overcome it in my early 20's and only my 30's learned to truly love myself and accept myself as I am.
This really made me want to help other women who suffered from low self esteem to learn to not only love and accept themselves but to also feel confident and shine in the world.
During this time, I was an unemployed single mom looking for a hobby and a way to make money, so I decided to create my oracle cards for self-care and self-love. Unexpectedly, they were a success.
In 2022 with so many changes in the world, printing and selling cards became more difficult so I decided to shift my business from oracle cards to mostly digital products as I fell in love with a childhood hobby of mine, coloring books! As well as digital journaling.
My mission is to help women feel confident, empowered and happy, because ultimately, I believe that is what everyone searches for, to be truly happy. All of my current and future projects will be a reflection of this mission.
