I had to work with customer service to get my bags in on time for my event and they were very easy to work with. My bags came in on time but they were not as advertised. Nice bag, decent quality, but the bags were not colored. Only the letters were. Which is okay but not what is advertised in the product description and pictures. I would not have ordered these bags if I knew they were all going to be black. Black works for one of them but I color coded all of the items going into the bags so now it doesn’t work for the other 13 bags.

I never received my order. Tried contacting the seller 3 times and have not heard back. It's a shame shops like this exist. I have not had any trouble on etsy before but this makes me question buying anything from this site again. DO NOT buy from this seller. You will be disappointed.

The order never shipped. I tried contacting the seller several times and never received any messages back. I had to open a case with ETSY to get my money back.
