1 out of 5 starsReally horrible service. I was given an estimated delivery date of January 5th at the latest. I messaged the seller on January 14th as to where my items were, and for no response but an updated shipping email about how my order was delayed and still in transit — which means they did something to send that but nothing to communicate with me. It’s now January 30th and I messaged the seller to check AGAIN and Etsy had to intervene and refund me, leaving me with no item, when I could’ve ordered something else instead.
